In the museum are preserved letters, diaries, original photos, the officer’s sword, parts of the military uniform as well as the orders and medals of General Petar Dimkov. A rich archives fund tells about the activity of Petar Dimkov, who directed the construction of many cultural monuments, emblematic for Varna. He has guided and organized their construction, was the moving spirit and the engine of this exceptionally patriotic, public initiative in our town, as a result of which appeared The Park- “Vladislav Varnenchik”, the Monument- portal of 8th infantry regiment , The Asparuh park; he is among the creators of the Philharmonic orchestra of Varna.
